CINEMA EXPO
SUMMARY
Cinema Expo is one of Disney's and Buena Vista's largest opportunity to get their movies into the market since the book would act as a teaser for theater owners to read about each film in the hopes of sparking a purchase of the movie to be shown in those theaters. We created the 2005 Cinema Expo Movie Catalog featuring all of their upcoming 2005 movies to be released. We designed a spread for each movie. I developed the design and concept for the book cover titled "There's Something for Everyone." That year's array of movies ranged from action adventure to family entertainment. The book was housed in a slip cover with a singular die cut square on the front. The book cover itself showed extreme crops of each movie's key art that would show through the die cut as the book was pulled out of it's slip cover to resemble somewhat of a movie reel.
